have one thing to say today.
Depression sucks. but not knowing how to figure a way out sucks even more.
I saw a quote today that said
"I like to walk in the rain because no one can see me crying"
yup that pretty much sums it up!

Jenn I know how your feeling. I boughts on and off. I find that cranking that music and dancing around like a loon helps. This is crazy but going to work helps me.
